Rachel Fashing, LMFT
Licensed Therapist
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to fostering inclusive mental health care with empathy and expertise. I believe pain, in all its forms, is a universal signal for change—one that deserves to be acknowledged, processed, and healed without comparison or judgment. With certifications in Neurodiversity (ADHD-CCSP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside extensive training in systemic approaches I aim to empower individuals by developing self-understanding, resilience, and coping strategies. We will focus on enhancing emotional regulation, improving interpersonal skills, and fostering a greater sense of self-acceptance.
With time we will explore what disrupts your inner peace, examine the systems shaping your life, and uncover patterns from your past to empower your present. My goal is to help you define your emotional needs, build resources, and cultivate trust in your own voice. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel seen, and authentically express yourself. By blending compassion with evidence-based techniques, I will support you in navigating challenges, embracing your strengths while facilitating a holistic healing process.
